Collection: Shaanxi

Shaanxi, a crucial birthplace of Chinese civilization, is like a natural history museum. It houses the Terracotta Army of Emperor Qinshihuang's Mausoleum, hailed as the "Eighth Wonder of the World." Thousands of life-sized terracotta figures stand in awe-inspiring arrays, vividly resurrecting the grandeur of the Qin Dynasty. The ancient city wall of Xi'an stands tall and majestic, bearing witness to the vicissitudes of time. The perilous Huashan Mountain and the towering Qinling Mountains complement each other. As the geographical dividing line between northern and southern China, the Qinling Mountains not only harbor rich resources of rare animals and plants, such as giant pandas and crested ibises, but also boast numerous magnificent natural landscapes. Mount Taibai and Zhongnan Mountain are havens for hiking enthusiasts. Shaanxi boasts a splendid cultural heritage, with profound legacies left by the Zhou, Qin, Han, and Tang dynasties. Folk arts such as paper-cutting and shadow puppetry showcase unique charm. Its cuisine is equally distinctive. Roujiamo features crispy bread stuffed with tender meat; Yangrou Paomo, a lamb soup dish, warms the stomach with its rich flavor; Liangpi, cold noodles, offer a refreshing, spicy kick, all embodying the robust charm of northwest China.
